Our admin team will check the schedule and confirm if your preferred time slot is available.

Quotation & Confirmation
We'll share the service rates and terms for your review.
Confirm the booking once you’re happy with the details.

Cleaner Assignment
We'll assign available cleaners to your booking.
Cleaner details can be provided upon request.

Booking Confirmation via WhatsApp
A confirmation message will be sent to you via WhatsApp with all booking details.
Kindly review and verify the information to ensure everything is correct.

Service Reminder
We'll send you a friendly reminder at 3:00pm, one day before your scheduled service.

Service Execution
Our cleaners will arrive on time and carry out the cleaning.
You are encouraged to inspect the completed work and provide any feedback after the cleaning service.

Payment & Receipt
Make your payment after the service, if applicable.
Receipt is available upon request.
